Good Moments from a Stressful Day

1. Callen stopped screaming for Brynna to continue playing with him relatively quickly and went back to play on his own.

2. Ryan and I have a nice walk to his Den Meeting after we run out of gas on the way (Thanks, Paul!). The fun part is he was so funny and good-humored.

3. Alex emerges from his the grouchy-touchy persona he has maintained for weeks for the evening while we work on a project together. Things are NOT tense and we have a really nice talk.

4. Brynna agreed to keep her clothes on at the grocery store after the first time I pulled her pants back up and asked her to do so.

5. Paul made dinner and folded laundry. (Not completely out of the norm but ALWAYS appreciated.)

6. Sam tells me "a friend" is taking a ballroom dancing class and wants him to partner her. Can he? This from my kid who won't go to any school or church dances.

Ah yes! The joys of motherhood! You are so good at finding the joys. Thank you for picking my son to marry. He is who he is because of your help. I love how you go with the punches and make the best out of life. Love, JudyMom.
